All bookings arranged through MAXI TAXI SYDNEY are subject to terms and conditions as specified below.



  1. Booking Validity: Confirmed booking is valid as per the dates displayed on the final confirmation for a maxi taxi sydney.

  2. Payments: Credit Cards accepted via PayPal are: Master Card and Visa Payments accepted

we accept in the  Taxi : Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Debit Cards, and Cabcharge. All of these in-taxi card payments are subject to 10% surcharge.

Full payment might be required to make a reservation and final booking confirmation for a maxi taxi Sydney FOR EXAMPLE IF PICKING UP FROM PUBLIC ADDRESS, SORRY YOU WANT A GUARANTEED PICK UP  WE HAVE TO AVOID NO SHOW .. The rates are in Australian Dollars. Rates are inclusive of all Australian taxes and service charges. WAITING TIME  may apply on certain dates. A surcharge might apply for all delayed flights from Sydney airport to destination.

Payment by bank transfer shall be in Australian Dollars (AUD). For bank transfer details please call 0429898181 or email booking@maxitaxisydney.com.au        Cancellation Charges for MAXI TAXI SYDNEY: Cancelling a confirmed and paid booking less than 06 hours prior to your scheduled and confirmed pick-up booking time, will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking price.


  • Modifications & Changes for MAXI TAXI SYDNEY : This transfer is to and from airport/port and your destination, which is specified and confirmed in your booking only. Schedule date changes are permitted no less than 24 hours prior to your booking pick-up by directly phoning us on 0404499954 or by emailing us on enquiries@maxitaxisydney.com.au
  • Prices for MAXI TAXI SYDNEY : Prices and quotations are subject to change without notice if more pick ups occured on the day , if you were more than 15 mins late for suburbs and city pick up, 20 mins for domestic and 1 hour for international flights.  A Maxi fare is only for 5 passengers plus which is a fare an half , 1 to 4 passengers will incur only standards fare unless they have more than 4 large bags which means they can only fit in a maxi cab.
  • Booking Arrangements for MAXI TAXI SYDNEY : In all booking arrangements, the person (credit card holder) or agent making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the passenger(s) named (if different from card holder) in the booking. · Passengers are to meet drivers in the designated pre-booking area which will be explained in the final confirmation booking supported with photos to facilitate the navigation for the pre-booking areas.
  • Our Responsibility: The passenger, acknowledges by their acceptance, that MAXI TAXI SYDNEY suppliers, in making arrangements for transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual passengers shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any other company or person providing services included in this transfer. Further, MAXI TAXI SYDNEY and its suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, government restraints, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.
  • MAXI TAXI SYDNEY reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any passenger at any time for any reason including, without limitation, insufficient number of participants.
  • Every effort would be made by MAXI TAXI SYDNEY to ensure that vehicles arrive on time.
  • MAXI TAXI SYDNEY shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay that occurs which is beyond our control.
  • MAXI TAXI SYDNEY shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays caused by airline or ship operators, passengers missing flight/ship or flight/ship time changes . MAXI TAXI SYDNEY
